Kids
Want to make church the best part of a kid’s week? Help create a space where faith and fun collide, and where every child feels seen, safe, and excited to learn about Jesus. Whether you're playing games, telling Bible stories, or welcoming families, you’ll help kids know God, grow in their faith, and take bold steps with Jesus—all while having a blast.
Students
Come hang with middle and high schoolers, lead conversations that spark real faith, build real friendships, and create moments that lead to real impact. Help students take bold steps with Jesus in a space designed just for them—and watch what God does in them and through you.
Young Adults
Join us in creating a space where faith deepens, friendships form, and real life gets real. Whether you’re leading a table talk, helping with events, or just showing up to listen and encourage, you’ll be part of a movement that’s all about following Jesus with passion and purpose in everyday life.
Discipleship and life groups
Found people find people. We grow together in Christ through intentional relationships, biblical truth, and spiritual accountability. Discipleship is how we move from spectators to participants in God's mission.
Mobilization
Whether across the street or around the world, you can make a lasting impact by helping people experience the love and hope of Jesus. From serving in our local community to supporting or joining global missions efforts, you’ll help others know God, grow in their faith, and boldly follow Jesus. At Coastal, we activate a heart of service and lead with boldness—and your yes could change lives.
Worship
Help create an atmosphere where people encounter God and passionately worship Him. Whether you sing, play an instrument, run slides, mix sound, or help with lights and livestream, you’ll be part of leading others to know God and boldly follow Jesus. At Coastal, we carry the truth boldly and overflow with Jesus—on stage, behind the scenes, and in every note and moment.
Campus Operations and administration
Love creating order, solving problems, or making things run smoothly? From facilities and setup to behind-the-scenes admin and weekday projects, you’ll help create a welcoming, excellent space where ministry happens and lives are changed. Your time and talent can help make Coastal a place where people feel at home and ready to grow in faith.
Hospitality
From warm smiles in the parking lot to friendly greetings at the doors, café, or worship center, you help make Coastal feel like home. Every handshake, hello, and cup of coffee sets the tone for someone to take their next step with Jesus. At Coastal, we bring energy and create welcoming spaces—and you make that possible.
Care Ministry
Care happens through connection. When someone takes a step toward Jesus—like salvation, baptism, or finding support in a hard season—they need someone to walk with them. That’s where Care Ministries comes in. Whether you’re guiding a conversation after a service, leading a group like GriefShare, Parenting, or Marriage, or delivering a meal to a family in need, you’re offering real hope in real life moments.
